Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at our store. The following terms apply to any products you have purchased from us.

Cancellation policy:

Orders are confirmed for printing 3 hours after being placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. Therefore, your order is only eligible for cancellation or modification within 3 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order will be locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Return/refund policy:

Our goal is to keep customers coming back, not products. We believe that a replacement or refund can best resolve any issues you may encounter, so you do not need to send the product back to us. You may keep the original products at your discretion.

If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issue, please contact our customer support team. You should contact the support team within 30 days of product delivery. If your report exceeds this period, we may not be able to provide warranty services. Therefore, please ensure you open the package immediately upon receipt and contact us.

Claim procedure

1. Take a photo of the product

We strictly require image evidence to resolve claims, so please ensure you attach at least one clear photo of the defective product so we can provide a quick solution for you.

Please understand that we are not responsible for customer errors such as spelling or grammar mistakes, quality issues with the original images, or ordering errors. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Claims not accompanied by evidence will not be considered.

2. Contact us via email (support@ambercustom.com) or fill out this form

Please send your photos and clearly state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This will help avoid multiple back-and-forth exchanges.

3. Wait for a response from our support team within 24 - 48 hours

Replacement timeline

Once a support agent confirms your replacement request is eligible, please follow the delivery timeframe they provide. As soon as the replacement product is shipped, you will receive a shipment update via email. This will be the only communication regarding that replacement, so please follow it closely.

Refund timeline

When we issue a refund, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method you used for the purchase. It will take 7-10 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account, so please be patient. If the amount does not return after this period, please contact your issuing bank for more information.

We cannot process both a refund and a replacement simultaneously. You are only eligible to choose one of the two options at a time.
