Shipping Info
All items are made to order. This means that when you place your order, we print/make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
Since we source products from all over the world, your items might be shipped from overseas by international carriers before they reach your shipping address. Please note that not all of our products are manufactured exclusively in the United States.
Please follow the tracking information and the estimated time of arrival (eta) displayed on each product page at the time of ordering.
We process orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. We are closed on post office holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Shipping carriers: Ups Mail Innovations, Usps, Dhl, UniUni, YunExpress.

Tracking Notification
An email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. We will also update you with the latest shipping information via email, so please monitor it closely. Please allow 2-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If your tracking number does not have any updates within the standard timeframe above, please contact our customer support. We will help you locate your order.
You may choose standard shipping or express shipping depending on the items in your order and your location. Since your order may be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery (especially orders shipped from China), tracking may not be available at every step.
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, high order volume during sales seasons, and other external factors. For ornaments and t-shirts, the actual delivery date may require an additional 2-6 days due to objective factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery date.
Shipping Address
Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout as we are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and request them to forward or redirect the package, we are not responsible if that package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
Usps may deliver orders to p.o. boxes, but other carriers that do not deliver to such locations will usually leave the package at spots such as the front porch/front door and garage. Please check and collect your package promptly to avoid mail theft. Orders lost due to mail theft will not be compensated by us.
Order Marked Delivered But Not Received
If your package has not been delivered for a long time or if the shipping information shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support immediately.
